The theorized triangulations of Al Gore and Newt Gingrich. September 29, 2007
Posted by azandi in Editorials.3 comments
The 2008 political season started quite early this year, already candidates have been making broad, ambigious claims about themselves, exploiting the innane and superficial flaws in their opponents and as a whole making a complete mockery of the civic system the founders of this nation hped to realize, as well as insulting the inteligence of those of us who have some regard for the truth and are forcefully subjected to the trite and monotonous ramblings of Washington plutocratism ad nauseum. I know thats a pretty lengthy villification on my part, but I think it really does hold pretty accurate.
This is sure to be a boring and arduous election process for fair-minded citizens across the spectrum, the candidates we have been forced to choose from are all essentially tactless permutations of the same brands, almost universally cliche-ridden, sleazy, stupid and ineffective clowns; the sorriest line-up of viceroy-hopefuls imaginable for such a geopolitically turbulent and critical period in the history of global civilization.
I’ve already professed my ambition to cast my lot with Rudolph Giuliani, he may not be the most optimal or ideal candidate I would want my liberty to be safeguarded with, but he’s damn well the closest thing to an interventinoalist-minded libertarian available, so you collect your cards where you can. Maybe I’m being too much of an idealist here, the only people I would truly feel comfortable as my commander in chief would be the extraordinary intellects of Christopher Hitchens, Mark Steyn, Sam Harris or Victor Davis Hanson. But political philosophers have better things to do than save their country, and the majority of their kinsmen are too blind to recognize their true saviors.
But this surely quite bland and ugly political congress could very well be completely quaked at its foundations. The eminent and quite plausible entrances of the veryembodiments of dark horses, Al Gore and Newt Gingrich, could potentially completely re-configure the entire equation of the electorate.
Now, its still unclear whether either will enter the race, both have made subtle hints and have suggested that if they receive the necessary financial pledges then they may very well commit, Gingrich’s resolution in particular is expected by the end of October. But if they do indeed crawl out of their laziness holes then the entire election landscape will be utterly revamped beyond recognizability. Al Gore, the darling of the highly influential environmentalist lobbying and Hollywood socialite enclaves will by default have an immense advantage over his clone-like competitors. Unlike Hillary, who conjures mixed feelings amongst the left, Gore is treated with uniformal praise and admiration from virtually the entirety of liberalism itself. He’s been exalted to messianic standards, the final champion for mother Earth, the prophet of the cult of environmentalism. The probability of his seizing of the nomination would be greatly in his favor, no doubt about it.
And similarly Gingrich has been afforded mythical, legendary, fantastically epic rhetoric from the right. Discussions concerning Gingrich are never fashioned in terms of “should or could Gingrich be our next president?” or “would Gingrich make a great Republican candidate?” but “he’ll never run” or “his time has passed”. His capcity to consolidate himself as the supreme conservative patriarch and easily sweep the nomination seems already pre-ordained, its just contingent upon his commiting to the position everyone already seeks. Hell, if he ran I’d vote for him too, but not as a registered Republican, nor do I think he’s a true Republican either. He’s too smart to be, he’s not a Christian fanatic, or a fiscally monstrous spender or a Bush ass-kisser like his colleagues. He should run as an independent, wiping the floor clean with the Republicans by draining their conservative constitutiencies. And the prospects of an independent president of the United States is an incredibly healthy one, finally a canddiate that actually had to work for his votes rather than already being promised them via arbitrary faction-based contracting.
I hypothesize that both of them know fully well the tremendous level of power and influence they already wield as completely unelected entities, and know how much more their stature will be intensified if they ever submit themselves to the election process. It would be quite tactical on their part to keep a low-profile for a matter of months, maintaining a ruse of indifference to presidential ascendancy, allowing the citizenry’s discontent and disillusionment with its less than glorified candidate choices to fester to a simmering boiling point, and then run. What better way to clean house.
This is all speculation of course, but I truly hope my assessment proves to be accurate. Observing the painfully artificial and canned electoral dialogue at the moment always gives me the subtle impression of the impending mammothian-shift that can be swiftly and immediately engendered with the emergence of these two behemoths. Gore vs. Gingrich, a clash of the titans to be sure, and an infinitely more entertaining gladiatorial spectacle.
Cut the masquerade, we know what you devious bastards are planning. Liberate us from the toxic tedium of American election politics, finally raise the curtain and start the show.
We can only hope.

Warren Jeffs, the nefarious, sado-masochistic rapist and former patriarchal dictator of an enslaved and cognitively-stultified Mormon enclave in Utah has just been criminally charged and now faces potentially a sentence of life-imprisonment, and so he deserves. This is a perfect exemplification of a truly wretched and deranged sociopath, so dogmatically-imbued with his own superstitious nonsense and occultist mysticism that he forced an entire microcosmic society into brutally repressive subservience and compliance with the ritualistic madness apparently he himself may have fooled himself into believing.
But whats really noteworthy and punctuative about this whole affair is the media’s contextual framing of the core premise from which it gravitates. Incessantly, ad nauseum, as some sort of sardonic insult Jeffs is referred to as a “self-proclaimed” messiah, as if to denotate some sort of diffrentiation with the apparently “unproclaimed, divinely-mandated” status of other prophets. Whenever I hear this ridiculous adage of self-proclaimed messiah, I take it as a direct insult and offense, as if I’m expected to subscribe to some sort of notion of an otherwise innately celestial deliverer.
But this is an exemplary, beyond-optimal circumstance from which to establish the long-proven contention of the obvious stupidity and fabrication of religion. All supposed prophets of “self-proclaimed”, Jesus, Moses, Muhammad, Buddha, Tom Cruise, the whole lot. The only reason the intellectually-starved saps of medieval times bought the inexorably falsified lies of heavenly commandments and divine proclaimations was because they were too uneducated, naive and servile to think otherwise.
Religion is a disease emerging from the infancy of our species, from a period predating democracy, science and refined philosophy. Unlike the current civilizational atmosphere, wherein people enjoy scholarly enrichment and knowledge and are thus naturally inquisitive and analytical of the world in which they reside, ages ago people were mired by toxic ignorance and cosmically fearful of this universe they couldn’t even hope to fathom.
As a consequence the fledgling mammalian species that is mankind was rendered dimunitive, impotent, and perfectly susceptible to oppression, just waiting to be subjugated, to be conslidated and made to genuflect to some higher administration, thats why they were made to believe in holy books written by illiterate craftsmen and merchants filled with hate, lies and cerebral-etiolation. It also masquerades as the only avenue by which one can pursue epistemological-attunement and contemplation of the transcendent; one can subscribe to both and still recoil at the thought of subverting oneself to the regression of religion, I am such a thinker.
Self-proclaimed messiah eh? Let me tell you about some of these “proclaimed” messiahs. Right now the Iranian government is avidly anticipating the catalyizing arrival of the final imam, and threatening to engulf the world in nuclear hellfire in his name. The parties of God are attempting to erode the secular resistances in Iraq and Kurdistan and installing yet another Islamist theocracy. And the esoteric Zionist crusaders on the West Bank and Gaza have openly promulgated their ambition to ferment the apocalypse in the name of their “proclaimed” lord and savior.
Thats the zeitgeist of it, isn’t it? The scourge of the Earth. Xenocidal theocratic maniacs, proclaimed and self-proclaimed.
Messiahs all.
Praise God.
The cognitive dissonance of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. September 24, 2007

Just as I had pre-emptively surmised but hours ago, Ahmadinejad’s disjointed Columbian circus maximus exposition was as predictably pathetic and just as politically-traumatizing in terms of long-term blowback in the ideological conflict front as expected; a disastrous affair that could have only been dreamt up by the American academia.
As is his trademark, his speech was as incoherent and meandering as ever, obviously confounded by his complete starvation of any knowledge of the concepts he boasts such superior enlightenment on. He rambled about the virtues of science and freedom, of the universal right of man, of opposition to belligerence and fascistic servititude, the “root causes” of terrorism, etc. He seemed wholly unaware of the blindingly apparent contradictions and falsifications he was spewing ad infinium:
The virtues of science? You must be joking, what could be more incompatible with free inquiry than the shackles of theocratic totallitarianism?
The inherent rights of freedom and how Iran upholds them better than the West? Iran, where journalists are imprisoned for even mild criticism of the insane policies of the executive and America where the New York Times can freely compromise anti-terror apparatuses without so much asa whimper from the state?
Opposition to warfare? Does that explain the barbaric Shia militias sadistically murdering Iraqis in an attempt to annex the country into another theocratic Iranian province?
But the schizophrenic illusions of this rancorous fool know no bounds, he went on to assert that homosexuality is the sole dominion of the west, that women are treated better in Iran than they are in America, that sufficient research into the Holocaust has not be afforded, and made subtle insinuations of a 9/11 conspiracy, yet paradoxically claimed it was due to the Palestinian question.
This is the epic “civilizational dialogue” people were ranting about, a sneering religious bully who obviously isn’t content with suppressing his own people, but wants to come to college campuses elsewhere claiming that his is the superior strain of societal infrastructure and impugning our integrity the whole way through.
What of the resistance? What resistance? The college president’s introductory monologue was decent, but the questions were just as weak and unpenetrating as ever. And even more mortifying was the regular paroxysms of uproarious applause Ahmadinejad garnered throughout his babbling nonsense. Truly the people responsible for that ought to be spat at, as their contempt for not only America but for the Persian people forced to depart from their ancestral home, not to mention those too stultified to be able to leave and continue to be oppressed by the Islamic Republic, couldn’t be more clear. You can bet that the government-consolidated Iranian press core is going to make a fabulous little montage of all such occurances in a sneering propaganda campaign within Iran making the people think that we’ve actually given subsidy to this tyrannical demagogue.
Then again, maybe we have.
My side forewarned of all this, we told you no good would come of it. This is your glorious little debate? Your grandiose vision of a clash of ideas? Giving a bully pulpit to an unlettered repressive charlatan and chronic liar, giving him little nerf-ball questions he’s heard millions of times before and then rewarding him with applause? Can you even contemplate the ramifications?
This was a disgrace to the decent constituencies of Iran who simply want a reprieve from the decades of religious demagogery that they’ve had to endure.
This was a disgrace to the people who perished on 9/11, having a thug of the same dye granted a voice mere blocks away.
This was a disgrace to America, which has in a cosmically serious way has just been cannibalized and supplied the carving knives. I hope everyone who supported this travesty is proud of themselves.
What people don’t understan about the Islamic Republic’s foreign exchange ministry… September 24, 2007

I find it immensely amusing the innundo emanating from the factions supporting Ahmadinejad’s imminent conspiracy theory-ridden, self-contradicting and utterly truthless raving at Columbia University. All this shameless vindication of the affair, romantacist nonsense of “open dialogue” and a “war of ideas” that is soon thought to be cultivated in earnest on the university’s campus. It testifies to the complete cluelessness of the Columbia community and its sponsors about what they’re catering.
The Islamic Republic’s envoys have always been notorious for being masters of evading the truth, this is perhaps the one craft they can boast any degree of virtuosity, having proven abject failures in the departments of economics, human rights, secular democracy and civil liberties. Whether it was Khomeni, Rafsanjani, Khamenei, whomever, the ayatollah’s frontmen are precision-experts at employing pirouettes deflecting even the most penetrating of questions without breaking a sweat.
Twice now on 60 Minutes Ahmadinejad has expeditiously countered veteran newscasters Mike Wallace (whom had encountered similar problems with the much smarter and respectable Shah) and Scott Pelley every inquiry with the most sardonically-fashioned lies and smoke-screens conceivable.
Now, he was able to hold his own without even trying against the most seasoned of commentators, what the hell is supposed to make me think a bunch of college know-it-alls and intellectual wanabees who’ve probably scarcely heard or cared about Ahmadinejad or Iranian society prior to last week are going to “penetrate him with free-inquiry and open debate”? Give me a fucking break, this is a media circus engendered solely for the purpose of generating notriety and getting a bunch of lackey-kiddies on TV, this is a less serious debate than the Youtube Democratic exchange.
Now, its not a moral imperative for Ahmadinejad to be exonerated from Columbia, as it was with the 9/11 fall-out site. Under the optimal circumstances Ahmadinejad’s attendance at a free-for-all forum could be quite advantageous, having him made a mockery of and disgraced by an esoteric group of Iranian expatriates and secular neoconservative intellectuals would be a fantastic victory in the very real ideological war against theocratism. Its not likely such a circumstance could be orchestrated, but its definitely within the range of poossibility, and conservatives who don’t want him speaking under any grounds at all should be aware of that.
But Columbia is going to be a disastrous loss for America’s image, both within this country and within Iran. Ahmadinejad is going to run circles around his stultified and flabbergasted audience, he’ll probably even earn a convert or two. Understand that this is the same school that exiled the noble ROTC, they’re already easily susceptible to intimidation and mind-control by anti-American thugs. Not a single worthwhile question will be presented, no one will vigorously inquire of the president for example “whats your take on the heavy concentration of pro-American, anti-theocratic concentration of young people within your own country? What do you plan to do about it?” or “how do you plan on neutralizing the effects of your ungodly rape of the Iranian economy?” or “when Iran sits upon an ocrean of oil, why are you so adamant on obtaining nuclear energy? Not even America’s done that and they’re infinitely more sophisticated technologically in every respect.” or “are the allegations that you were a part of the anti-Pahlavi insurrection accurate? If not, what do you make of them in retrospect?”
Not a single one of these questions, or the myriad of other worthy ones will be posed. All we’ll hear at best will be the tired “do you really want to wipe Israel off the map?” and “really?”, which he’ll respond with the same bland lies he’s used on countless occasions. On the front of inquisitorial merit and scholastiship this will be a steaming failure.
But the broader geopolitical implications will be even worse. Within Iran the propaganda machine will begin churning convulsively, chopping bits and pieces from the event of Ahmadinejad smiling and pontificating to an apparently transfixed and enchanted audience, employing that as some sort of example that Americans are in allegiance with the Islamic Republic, and using this false premise as more fodder for its war against the “fascist” American foreign policy, which it has now artfully disassociated from the American people, thus creating an aura of universal solidarity with the Islamist cause.
Did any of this go into consideration while they were planning this train-wreck?
Bah, consideration, thinking….I’m really expecting too much from a college faculty.
Halo 3, a paper colossus. September 23, 2007
Posted by azandi in General, The Daily Intrigue.add a comment
I don’t know whats more pathetic, the fact that infinitely more work was put into this monument to imaginary and two-dimensionally conceived heroes than the vast majority of exaltations to the flesh and bone American armed forces, or the fact that it probably brought more Xbox fanboys to tears than the onset of 9/11.
Well, we’re on the eve of whats purpoted to be the biggest event in the history of gaming, the long-awaited and long-overdue conclusion to the Halo series. As usual its sparked some rather hilarious and embarassing stimulated “debate” within the gaming community, and even worse from the mainstream media, who’s ignorance about the gaming industry is dwarfed only by its ignorance of politics. Contentions that Halo has become its own religion that its launch will completely and irrevocably warp the landscape of the gaming industry, and best of all that the Covenant actually represent the forces of militant Islam.
With the exception of that first point about Halo actually being regarded theocratically by its fanaticist community (hell, it happened with World of Warcraft didn’t it?), the hype surrounding this game is utterly mind-blowing. Halo 3 will be just as “ground-breaking” and “industry-shaking” as the PS3, as in, not at all. Its an exaggerated, graphically-appealing, over the top and hyperbolically “epic” game with little in the way of genuine storytelling componentry, thats the entire allure. I’ll admit I’ve been seduced by it once or twice, but its never been as revolutionary as people say it is, and history will undoubtably agree with me.
And on the assertion that the Covenant represents jihadism, give me a break. I let it slide with 300, that was arguable. But give me a fucking break, the fact that we’re even having this discussion makes me laugh. This is about as intellectually-vigorating, philosophical and metaphorically-conceptualized as it gets for Xbox-jocks, this is it, the apex, can’t expect anything greater than that.
I’ve given up trying to reason with Halo fans, my exhortations that they really should consider allocating their time more wisely falls on deaf ears and the same tired gesticulated crap about how Halo is “da best game ever and shit”.
Whatever, my response always remains the same: Master Chief can kiss my ass, this is all I need.

Again, its mind-boggling the level of “debate” that can emerge from the most absurdist avenues. Was it right for him to have been tasered? Did the officers “cross the line”? Was this really a domestic disturbance?
So on, and so forth. I’m not even going to go on a long tangent this time, lemme just lay it down on the line.
Final verdict on this whole “incident”?
Stupid hippies deserve to get tasered, especially when they whine and retch afterwards, its too damn funny.

The impossibly unscrupulous and loathsome Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was just suspended in his ambition to go on a “god will” pilgrimage to the World Trade Center ground zero site, wherein he was planning on leaving a wreath in his wake. Isn’t that revolting? The same vulgar bufoon who calls America “the Great Satan” as a point of casual vernacular, wages proxy war against coalition forces through his Shia militia thugs and murderers, calls for a second Jewish holocaust in Israel, and has openly expressed his conviction to bring about the apocalypse in anticipation of the imminent arrival of the final Imam, he now comes 6 years after the fact to deliver his condolences to the memory of those slain in a jihad which he sponsors? Can this fantastically pardoxical formulation be any more profane?
Actually, it can. See, Mr. Ahmadinejad isn’t just a merchant of hate and aggression beyond his borders. No, no, he is also a figurehead for a theocratically fascist regime which has oppressed and befallen misery to the once proud people of Persia now forced to be domiciled within this Islamic totallitarian state. Ahmadinejad’s tenure in particular has proven immensely cataclysmic, driving the economy to the lowest gutters imaginable, increasing rates in the most barbaric manifestations of Sharia law, and cycloning the country towards a state of apparently desired conflict.
As an Iranian-American myself I don’t know of a single Iranian immigrant in this country who wouldn’t gleefully spit in Ahmadinejad’s face, or any of his mullah cronies if given the opportunity. It is because of the policies this bastard is a mouthpiece for that they had to leave their beloved home and birthright, it is because of the cancer of Islamism these people continue to cogitate and cultivate that an en masse diaspora of highly educated and cultured Persians had to flee from their homeland.
And now this slobbering primitive wants not only to shamelessly fortify the pathetic ruse that he actually cares about those murdered on September 11th by thugs who share the same ultimate goals and ideals as himself, but has also been invited to speak at Columbia University?
We cannot be content with this, it is a profound disservice to the innocents who perished, not to mention all decent Americans, including those who had to become Americans because they were displaced by the festering hell-hole this monkey and his ideologue predecessors engendered. It was a wise and prescient move on the part of NYC officials to prohibit this demented clown with a nuclear-powered messianic complex to corrupt the honorable and almost sacramental perimeters of ground zero. Our country saw evil that day, it shouldn’t have to humor evil 6 years later.
I imagine theres going to be some right-wing protests organized against Ahmadinejad at Columbia. I have a better solution, just fill the auditorium with Iranians and only Iranians. He’ll be fucking crucified before the day is through.
Orren James Simpson, a living monument to contemptus mundi. September 19, 2007
Posted by azandi in General.6 comments
I find it so astonishing that “debate” and “discourse” needed to be afforded to “O.J.”. Why do we gratify him by using his self-adorned nickname? Call the degenerate by his real name, don’t continue to humor him, don’t treat him some like some sort of a child. Why does the media continue to make a mockery of its already maimed reputation by framing every discussion of Simpson with caveats and reminders of “alleged” wrongdoing that may or may not have occured in his past. Asidea few exceptions, Dennis Miller being one of them, I have scarcely heard anyone asserting the obvious when discussing him: that he’s a psychopathic murderer and we shouldn’t be conscripted into giving him any sort of respect when talking about him.
The scourge of this horrible person never ceases. Not only did he demonstrate the failure of the judicial system by ravaneously murdering two people and getting away with it with not an iota of ramification for his crime, but he proceeded to execute a string of smaller crimes, each and every one escaping without a scratch.
Next, in some sort of Mein Kampf stroke of diabolical narcicissm, he writes a book outlining exactly how he sadistically brutalized his victims, knowing full well he is immune to any sort of punishment due to the insane legal apparatus of double-jeopardy.
But Simpson’s quest for self-glorifying lavishment in his victory over justice knows no bounds. He goes and attempts armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel to steal what, exactly?
The suit he was wearing when he was acquitted. Apparently not even God could stand for such audacious egoism and flagrant infrignement upon the pillars of morality. Finally, Orren James Simpson will be put on a serious trial, and the potential for him to be incarcerated is mounting, we can only hope that justice will finally be served.
And yet the media keeps dancing around the core issue. Innuendo of “the previous trial can’t be considered here” and “its uncertain whether the witness testimony is legit or not” and “this will probably never go to trial”, can a more revolting spectacle even be possible? We shouldn’t be treating this vestigial disgrace to the human genome with anything but the most visceral contempt, and from the media it appears that they’re just barely trying to conceal resentment of the whole affair, like its just some reality TV show they’re frustrated about.
This isn’t some worthless celebrity TMZ (I love how they’re being treated like a serious media outlet now, rather than the miserable tabloid that they are) can mindlessly pontificate about, this is a murderer, and of the worst possible dimension at that. OF course there are mundane legalisms and de jure jargon muddled in, but give me a break. Anyone who can’t recognize that Simpson is a barbaric killer and should be put to death, let alone go to years for jail due to this most recent debacle, is an idiot so mired by race-orienting tendencies and conspiracy theories that they can’t even articulate a coherent sentence.
Today Simpson got out on $125,000 in bail, and the smug look on face blatant, surely further amplified by his crowd of diminitively-sentient supporters heckling the press conferences that followed. Heres hoping everyone gets their just desserts and none of them smile ever again.

21 minutes of Hollywood lampooning and anyone else who happens to get in my way.
My pre-emptive ultimatum to the academy. September 15, 2007
Posted by azandi in General.add a comment
Look, chaps. Following the evening’s proceedings at last years Emmy awards, I must say I went on a bit of a rampage on here, employing what some may regard as a linguistic volley oversaturated with outraged expletively-composed pejorative antagonizations of everyone responsible and even mildly related to those responsible for what I deemed as a pathetic and maimed spectacle in every respect. I look back at this visceral, unrestrained and surely unexpected onslaught upon you, your families and everyone you represent as completely out of line and I would just like to apologize.
Apologize for not giving you stupid assholes a fair warning before-hand. This year I’ll remedy that folly and go ahead and give you a concrete promulgation of my demands, enumerated as follows:
Hollywood, the Academy, Film Actors Guild (F.A.G.), whatever the hell you pretentious sub-human, insentient primates want to call yourselves. With almost uniformal solidarity your trade has been re-gurgitating the most laughably un-artistic, unentertaining and aesthetically-prostituting garbage for the past several decades. No one goes to movies anymore without frantically pouring over every possible review (not from professional reviewers, they’re even more disgraceful to the genome than you are and their judgement can scarcely ever be trusted) to determine if its a waste of money to dish out for that over-priced movie ticket. The excercise of movie-watching is now tantamount to excavating diamonds from heaps of decrepit coal.
You have no reason ever to maintain those ugly self-satisfied, smug little smiles and smirks you always have on your plastic faces. Your entire industry, nay, occupation is a joke, a facade. Most of you need to walk in auras of shame, not red-carpetted egoism.
But, diamonds in a coal mine. Every once in a while a truly masterful work of cinematography makes its way through the mires of endless filth. A Lost on an ABC filled with appalling, unfathomable “dramatic” mediocrity, an Office surrounded in a sea of “comedic” stupidity. Really the only channels with high-concentrations of quality programming are Comedy Central and Adult Swim, both of whom are, for good reason, highly segregated from the ilk of Hollywood high-society.
These fruits of creative labor cannot be devalued and reputationally compromised just for the gratification of a swamp of Hollywood fecal-matter. So I make the following demands. If they are not satisfied, I assure you the vengeance I will be reciprocrated here will be…..grim.
a. The Office will win Outstanding Comedy Series, anyone who thinks its competitors are even midly funny must have a really sophomoric sense of humor. I also like it how several of the other choices like Ugly Betty also are nominated for best drama, which testifies to their comedic bankruptcy.
b. Best directing for a drama series goes to Jack Bender for Lost. Every other season finale this year pales miserably to the magnum opus of Through the Looking Glass. What I find a real riot about this one is how most of the competition can’t even remotely be called dramas. Battlestar Galactica a drama? I’m a sci-fi nerd, and even I can say thats a fucking lie. Boston Legal a drama? What the hell? Shatner’s barely physically capable of performing a serious role at all…
c. Jim Hoskinson wins for best directing for a variety show. I’m not a denizen of the Colbert Nation, but I’ve visited a couple times, the trips are infinitely more entertaining than the mind-rot endured by any other of these talent show Frankenstein monsters…
d. For best drama, I kindly ask that all nominees and their associates commit suicide, because Lost was not nominated and it was the only one that deserved to win. It would be advised that the self-execution be undergone through some sort of chainsaw-emaciation. That is all.
e. The brilliant Steve Carrel will win best lead actor for a comedy series, his comedic virtuosity is unparalelled in the television scene, and just think of the alternatives? Hollywood, how would you feel if a treasonous 9/11 conspiracy theorist like Charlie Sheen or a raving, duplicitious anti-American propagandist like Alec Baldwin won? What, why are you smirking? Oh you fucking assholes…
f. Outsanding lead actor in a drama series? See (d).
g. Outstanding TV movie? Well, since Cyrus Nowrasteh’s brilliant Path to 9/11 was the only one worth watching, hell, the only one anyone watched, it makes perfect sense that it wasn’t even nominated. Remember that chainsaw-suicide capitulated to above, academy? Yeah, go ahead and do that if you haven’t done so already…
h. For the best reality show award, I want every one of the nominees to skin themselves alive. Not because a deserving candidate wasn’t nominated, but because this genre even exists.
i. I’ll consolidate the supporting actors catagory into a single bullet point: the acerbically funny Rainn Wilson will win for his superbly funny rolse as Dwight on The Office, and the extraordinarily talented Michael Emerson will win as the incredibly complex and ominous anti-hero Benjamin Linus of Lost.
j. Jenna Fischer will win the best supporting actress award for a comedy series, because no one says no to Pam. And since Evengeline Lilly wasn’t nominated for the best supporting actress for a drama series award, again everyone related to that catagory can fuck themselves.
k. Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse will win best writers for a drama series, because they are God.
No further questions, its all been put on the table, the stakes couldn’t be higher. Academy, my benchmarks will be satisfied or else you will be subjected to the unholy vehemence of my vitriolic wrath.
You have untill tomorrow.
